Frequently asked questions

What fast charging protocols does this car adapter support?

The USB-C port supports PD 20W fast charging, and one of the USB-A ports (marked with a double Lightning symbol) supports QC 3.0 quick charge. Your device and charging cable must also support the respective protocol for fast charging to work.

Can I play music from a USB drive or memory card?

Yes, the adapter supports three playback modes: Bluetooth, USB Flash Drive, and TF card. It can read USB drives and TF cards up to 128GB. If multiple sources are connected, Bluetooth audio takes priority, followed by the last inserted USB drive or TF card.

How does the hands-free calling feature work?

The built-in microphone uses CVC (Clear Voice Capture) noise suppression technology to eliminate echo and background noise, providing clear, skip-free sound for your calls.

How do I get the audio to play through my car speakers?

You need to tune your car's FM radio to an unused frequency, then set the UGREEN transmitter to the exact same frequency. Once matched, audio from your phone, USB drive, or TF card will play through your car's stereo system.
